Mudra Terms of Service

Effective date: 26 of December, 2025

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Mudra (the “Service”), operated by Mudra Labs (“Mudra,” “we,” “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company (“Customer”), you represent you have authority to bind Customer.

1) Accounts

You’re responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2) License and ownership

Mudra owns the Service, including its software, design, and documentation. Subject to these Terms, Mudra grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal personal or internal business purposes during your subscription term.

You (and Customer) retain ownership of content and data you provide (“Customer Content”). You grant Mudra permission to process provide and improve the Service.

3) Integrations (including GitHub)

If you connect GitHub or other integrations, you authorize Mudra to access and act within the permissions you grant. You are responsible for configuring permissions and reviewing changes. You may revoke access at any time by disabling the integration or removing permissions.

4) Acceptable use (important)

You will not (and will not allow others to):

  • use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity
  • attempt unauthorized access, probe, or disrupt the Service or its security
  • upload malware, run phishing, spam, or automated abuse
  • copy, reverse engineer, or scrape the Service (except where legally permitted)
  • use the Service to infringe IP rights or confidentiality obligations
  • use the Service to build a competing product, benchmark for publication, or to train/operate a competing system
  • resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or provide the Service to third parties as a commercial offering (e.g., “service bureau” or agency resale) unless Mudra explicitly agrees in writing

5) Outputs, agents, and deployments

The Service may generate automated outputs (reports, recommendations, code, or other results) and may propose or apply changes to your connected properties (“Deployments”), including through agents.

Outputs and Deployments may be incorrect, incomplete, or cause unintended results. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, approving, and monitoring any Deployments (including whether you enable automation), and for maintaining backups and rollback procedures appropriate for your systems.

6) Subscriptions and payments

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You authorize recurring charges until cancellation. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term. Unless required by law or stated in writing, payments are non-refundable.

7) Disclaimers

THE SERVICE, OUTPUTS, AND DEPLOYMENTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MUDRA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8) Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MUDRA AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOSS OF DATA ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE, OUTPUTS, OR DEPLOYMENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MUDRA’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO MUDRA FOR THE SERVICE IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

9) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if your use creates legal or security risk. You may stop using the Service at any time by canceling. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

10) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
