Mudra Labs (“Mudra,” “we,” “us”) provides Mudra (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our website and Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company (“Customer”), this policy applies to you and Customer.
1) Information we collect
A) Information you provide
When you create an account or onboard a workspace, we may collect:
- Company Domain, Company Name, Company Social Media
- User Name & Role
- Company Industry, Company Description
- Products and Services
- Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Competitors (e.g., competitor domains/URLs)
- Knowledge base materials you choose to upload or connect (documents, text, links, notes)
If you contact us, we collect the information you send (e.g., email address and message content).
B) Information we collect from your connected systems (e.g., GitHub)
If you connect GitHub, we collect data you authorize through the integration, which may include repository, metadata and repository contents. We use this access to provide the Service (for example, creating pull requests or applying changes if you enable those features).
C) Information we collect automatically
We collect usage and device data such as:
- log data (IP address, device/browser, timestamps, pages/screens viewed)
- usage events (features used, clicks, settings)
- cookies or similar technologies (for login sessions, preferences, and analytics)
D) Information we generate from the Service
As part of providing Mudra, we may generate and store outputs such as:
- technical analysis results (e.g., metadata, headings, structured data findings)
- monitoring/test results (e.g., AI visibility metrics, mention/ranking signals)
- reports and recommendations
- Agent deployment history and analytics deltas (what changed, where, when, what was deployed/implemented)
2) How we use information
We use information to:
- provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- authenticate users and secure accounts
- run analyses, generate reports/outputs, and power agent workflows
- process payments (if applicable)
- provide support and communicate with you
- monitor performance, prevent abuse, and improve security
- improve and develop the Service, including through testing, debugging, and product analytics
- conduct internal research and product improvement using platform generated data, including aggregated trends, performance measurements, and de-identified learnings

We may use aggregated and/or de-identified data derived from use of the Service (including outputs and usage patterns) to improve Mudra, develop new features, and run internal research. We do not publish or share Customer Content in a way that identifies you or your company without permission.
3) How we share information
We may share information with:
- Service providers (processors) that help us run the Service (hosting, databases, analytics, email support, billing, error tracking)
- AI model providers when needed to generate outputs, such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, Google, Microsoft, xAI. (only to the extent required to provide the Service)
- Integration providers you connect (e.g., GitHub) as part of enabling the integration
- Legal or safety reasons (to comply with law, enforce terms, prevent fraud/abuse, or protect rights and safety)
- Business transfers (if we’re involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets)
We do not sell your personal information in ANY SHAPE OR FORM.
4) Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business purposes (such as security, dispute resolution, and compliance). You may request deletion, subject to legal requirements and reasonable backups.
5) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No system is 100% secure, and you use the Service at your own risk.
6) Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or object to certain processing. You can also:
- update account settings
- disable integrations (e.g., GitHub) at any time
- request help via email
7) International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own (for example, where our providers operate). We take steps designed to protect information when transferred.
8) Children
The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in some regions). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9) Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice (e.g., via email or in-app).
